"Vanessa from State Farm has been amazing from day one. She helped me with my in-laws’ quote, was very patient, and answered all their questions. She made calls to ensure they were comfortable and even offered to change the payment withdrawal dates, which was a big deal for Pop-Pop. She always responded to my emails promptly, which made everything so much easier. And as a lighthearted extra, she even gave us a tip on ginger shots—a great idea to help us stay healthy this winter!
